The short version of what you agree to when you book, and the right you keep to cancel.
Your right to cancel
For work agreed at your home, you may cancel without penalty within three business days of signing; the notice of cancellation is given to you in two copies with the work order.
Emergency work
When you have asked for an immediate emergency repair, you may waive that right only by a separate statement in your own handwriting, signed and dated, describing the emergency; a pre-printed form is never used for this.
