A heavy TV should be bolted into studs, not hung from drywall alone. Drywall anchors are made for light, static loads, while a TV mount carries a leveraged load that shifts every time a full-motion arm moves. When the studs don't line up with where the screen should go, a mount with a wider wall plate or a backer board fastened across two studs solves it.
Put the middle of the screen close to eye level for someone sitting in the main viewing seat.
